📅 Dates:  Tuesday October 6th, October 27th, November 3rd, November 17th, November 24th, December 8th, December 15th

💰 Prices : CHF 175 for 7 sessions, or CHF 30 for one session

⏰ Time:  meeting at 12:00, opening at 12:10 and closing 13:00.

What to bring: comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, your favorite yoga mat if you have one + jacket (option to go outdoors on the rooftop when sunny)
