Move, breathe, reset — join us on May 7

An energizing morning awaits at Campus Biotech! This time, with a moment to slow down, breathe, and move.

Join us for a Tai Chi session, a unique opportunity to discover a practice many of you may have never experienced before.

Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and focus. It helps improve balance, reduce stress, and bring a sense of calm and clarity. The perfect way to start your day.

🗓️ When? Thursday, May 7 at 8:30 AM
📍 Where? Forum, Campus Biotech
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
👥 Open to all Campus community members (session held in English)

The class will be led by Valérie Oppel, who has been practicing Tai Chi for over 40 years and teaching for 30. Alongside her career as an occupational therapist in psychiatry, she trained with a teacher in Geneva and a master in Taiwan.

✨ Good to know:

  • No experience needed, beginners are very welcome
  • Just wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • Registration is mandatory, and places are limited

🥤 To wrap up the session, enjoy healthy, vitamin-packed smoothies: the perfect boost to kick-start your day.
