Ministerial conference on science diplomacy at UNESCO headquarters in Paris

A ministerial conference on science diplomacy was held a few days ago at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

Scientists and diplomats came together to launch two days of discussions on how they can work together to tackle major global challenges, including misinformation and the loss of public confidence.

The Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator (GESDA), based at Campus Biotech, played a central role in the discussions, highlighting the importance of anticipating scientific advances so that they can be better integrated into the international diplomacy process.
