About the speakers:
Marie Zbinden is a Senior regulatory scientist at VCLS for in vitro diagnostics and medical devices. Before that, she spent 3 years as a Resource Manager at VCLS. She worked 4 years as a Project Manager at BioCartis and has over 10 years of experience in the oncology field and nonclinical research. Her expertise lies in CE Marking Strategies, Swiss Medical Devices and Project Management. She equally possesses therapeutic fields of expertise in: Oncology, Neurology and Cardiology and nonclinical cell & gene products research.
Sebastien Giraudier is the Director at Neighborhood. Before that, he was project leader at ADOCIA, a drug design and biotechnology company, and the Director of Pharmaceutical Development at AMMTeK. He is the founder and CSO of MAIA Woundcare, a medical device startup in wound healing. He has over 15 years of experience in conducting complex projects in health tech and has mentored over 40 health-tech startups in their regulatory and development plan. He has developed an industrial GMP production line and managed an international project to develop new biomaterials and medical devices among academics, hospitals and investors.
