Recent Advances and Current Topics in Regulatory Bioanalysis.

Regulatory bioanalysis continues to evolve alongside the growing complexity of therapeutic modalities and the need to accelerate drug development without compromising data quality. Recent years have seen a shift toward more streamlined and needs-based bioanalytical strategies, leading to a reevaluation of long-established conventions while remaining firmly grounded in science.
This seminar will highlight current topics in pharmacokinetic (PK) bioanalysis, immunogenicity (ADA/NAb), and biomarkers, with a focus on the practical application of scientific and regulatory principles in drug development programs. The presentations will explore how the context of use, risk-based decision-making, and thoughtful test design can be implemented in practice, with case studies providing concrete examples of bioanalytical approaches that support efficient and accelerated drug development.
